What Is BladeFX?

BladeFX is an out-of-the-box reporting platform that enables organizations to make faster, smarter decisions through live reporting across all operations. Its fully customizable reports, accessible on desktop, mobile, or as monitor system for visual KPI’s representation, ensure that your team stays informed wherever they are.

Why We Developed BladeFX

While working for organizations that required daily data extractions (e.g., "provide sales data for this region from last year") or custom requests like generating a specific version of a delivery note to meet customer or customs requirements, we recognized the need for a system that allows easy report creation, centralized distribution, integration with other systems (ERP, custom software, central reporting platforms), user rights management, and flexible layouts for printing or exporting. This led us to develop BladeFX.

By developing BladeFX, we enabled end users to extract data on their own. The SQL queries we previously executed manually on request to export data and send it to users can now be performed directly by the users themselves.

New reports as invoice, bill of laden, or above mentioned delivery note can be copied from old ones, adjusted (sql and/or layout) and by ginving to report right attributes, report will be automatically visible in any of your system where you have integrated it, and in bladeFx report viewer – both in browser and in mobile viewer.

The same applies to the report parameter form — it’s automatically generated based on your definitions, allowing you to easily configure dropdowns, data types, and dynamic values directly from your database, with no coding required.

Drill-Down & Linked Reports: The platform offers drill-down functionality for seamless navigation from overview to detailed data. Linked Reports allow connections to other reports, facilitating in-depth analysis.

Print and Output Options: BladeFX supports extensive export options, including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, XHTML, CSV, RTF, XML, JSON, SVG, and PNG, ensuring reports can be shared and accessed across various platforms and formats.

Multi-layout: Each report can be presented in one or multiple layouts. You can create custom layouts for mobile, desktop, a special version for your boss (e.g. pinky), or an export layout optimized without repeated headers and formatting or other stuff that you have to manually remove each time when you export your favorite report to excell.

Spryker E-Commerce Plugin: BladeFX seamlessly integrates into Spryker Cloud Commerce OS Backoffice and Merchant Portal, enhancing decision-making efficiency and strategic planning.

Extensibility: With mobile support, users can access reports anytime, anywhere. The BladeFX mobile application is available for download from the App Store or Google Play.
