Log In to Blade-FX

To begin using Blade-FX, you first need to access the application’s secure login portal. Open your web browser and navigate to the Blade-FX application by entering app.blade-fx.com in the address bar. Once the page loads, you will see the login form.

Here, carefully enter the email address that you used to register as your Username, followed by your confidential password. After you have filled in both fields, click the Sign In button. If your credentials are correct, the system will validate your information and redirect you straight into the main Blade-FX workspace, allowing you to begin using the platform’s reporting and operational features.

Register a New Blade-FX Account

If you are a first-time user or creating an account for your organization, you must complete the registration process. Open your browser and go to the main Blade-FX site at blade-fx.com.

On the homepage, locate and click the Register button — sometimes labeled Register for free when a free-tier option is available. You will be prompted to select a license type appropriate for your needs — for example, a trial, team, or enterprise license. After that, provide all required company details and user information in the form fields presented.

Read the terms of service carefully and, if acceptable, mark the checkbox to agree before clicking the final Get it now or Register button. Once completed, your account will be created and ready for the first login.

Reset Forgotten Password

In case you forget your password, Blade-FX provides an easy way to recover access. From the login screen, click the Forgot password link found beneath the password field.

You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Blade-FX account. After you enter this and confirm, the system will automatically send you an email containing a secure password reset link.

Open the email on your device and click the link. This will take you to a secure page where you can enter a new password and confirm it. Once completed, your password will be reset and you can log in with your new credentials.

Navigate Blade-FX

After logging in successfully, you will enter the Blade-FX application interface. To move around the system and access all of its powerful features, use the left-hand sidebar — this contains the main navigation menu for modules such as Reports, Dashboards, Data Connectors, and Settings.

The top toolbar contains quick actions, shortcuts to frequently accessed tools, and notifications. In views such as grids or lists, use the built-in search bar and filters to quickly find specific elements or report instances without unnecessary scrolling.

You may also collapse or expand the navigation sidebar using the Menu toggle, which helps maximize your workspace when you’re focused on detailed reporting tasks.

Manage Personal Data

Once inside the Blade-FX application, you can manage your personal account settings and profile details. To do this, locate your profile icon in the top-left corner of the interface and click it. This opens a dropdown menu.

From here, select User Settings to view your personal data fields such as name, contact information, and other profile attributes. Make any necessary updates on this page and then be sure to Save changes before exiting to ensure your account reflects the updated information correctly.

Change Your Account Password

To change your current password anytime (for example, for enhanced security), navigate again to User Settings via your profile menu. Look for the Change Password section.

You will be asked to enter your existing password once, then type your new password twice — once for entry and once for confirmation. After confirming both match and meet the complexity requirements, click Save changes to update your password. From that point on, you will use the new password at each subsequent login.

Log Out of Blade-FX

Logging out of Blade-FX properly helps protect your account and ensures session data is cleared. To log out, click on your profile icon in the top-left corner of the application interface once more. In the dropdown menu that appears, choose Log out.

Blade-FX will then safely terminate your session and return you to the login screen. This ensures that no one else who has access to your device can continue using your session without re-authentication.
